Fibre describes an access technology; nbn is a wholesale network that uses several access technologies. A fibre service may use the nbn network or another network provider’s infrastructure. The available options are checked for your address.

Selecting a package

How many people and devices use the connection? Which premises need service, and do staff also work remotely?
Consider file sharing, backups, video meetings and cloud workloads, including how much happens at the same time.
Check VoIP requirements, router compatibility, cabling and the local network. An internet service alone does not determine Wi-Fi coverage.
Review inclusions, installation costs, contract conditions and support. Discuss whether a separate backup service is appropriate and available.
